Zmenšení prsou

Hello, I am transgender (assigned female at birth, non binary) so would like to undergo a reduction to flatten my chest. I am considering a reduction over a full mastectomy as I would still like to keep some breast tissue, though only around size AA. I am a C cup, and therefore unsure whether a breast reduction would even be possible. Would I be able to achieve these results through a reduction or would I get closer to my desired results through a mastectomy/top surgery? Thank you
