It is not possible to avoid incisions into the breast and the resulting scars remain after the surgery, either around the areola, or also in the inframammary crease and vertically on it. The extent of the incision carried out during the breast modelling depends on the degree of the breast drooping.
If the nipple is at the level of the inframammary crease or below, the mere augmentation and reinforcement of the breast through an implant is not sufficient.
